Read_ Phone_ State ,Call_ Phone, Read_ Call_ Log, Write Call_ Log, this permission allows " Official themers' Application to access to phone stat, phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls and list of any phone account registered on device.(Read phone state).
while the call phone permission allows the application to initiate a phone call without going through the dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call .the next permission Read call log allows the application to read user call log.
ADD_VOICEMAIL Allows an application to add voicemails into the system.
USE_SIP Allows an application to use SIP service.
PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS: This permission allows the application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Read phone status and identity: - This permission allows “Official themers” to recognize an incoming/outgoing call and to switch between the User System interface and call interface or announces/shows the caller name while someone is calling, you will identify it without looking to your smartphone.
